Using a Heltec ESP32S3 module with a (digital) temperature sensor serving a list of the last 100 readings over HTTP -> WiFi.
To Do:

Get a nice protoboard
Solder some headers for the ESP module
Make a cable that is long and durable for the temperature sensor
Solder a connector header to the board for the cable
Add a status LED just for kicks
Find or build a rad enclosure for the outer equipment (board with ESP on it.)
Add the ability to set the temperature reading interval (currently it's every 2.5 seconds or something.)
Add the ability to set the number of samples used to calculate the average (currently at 100.)
